Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is way better than the OSCAL Pad 13, with a score of 75.1 against 57.3. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro OS, while OSCAL Pad 13 works with Android 12 OS. Even being the best device in this comparison, it must be noted that it's also way older, much heavier and a little thicker.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features a little faster CPU than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a lower number of cores, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory.
