The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a global score of 66.9, which is much better than the OSCAL Pad 13's 57.3 global score. Even being the best in this comparison review, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a noticeably older, heavier and a little thicker portable tablet than the OSCAL Pad 13. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with Windows 10 OS, while OSCAL Pad 13 works with Android 12 OS.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a really superior processing power than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and lesser CPU cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a sharper screen than OSCAL Pad 13, because it has a little bit better pixels density, a larger screen and a way better 2736 x 1824px resolution.

The OSCAL Pad 13 counts with a little bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, because it has a camera with a much better 13 megapixels resolution. OSCAL Pad 13 features a very superior memory for games and applications than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, because it has a SD extension slot that allows up to 1 TB and more internal storage capacity.

The OSCAL Pad 13 has a superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro 7.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OSCAL Pad 13. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 7, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the OSCAL Pad 13, giving up some specifications.
