The Microsoft Surface RT has a global score of 58.4, which is a little bit better than the OSCAL Pad 13's 57.3 score. The Microsoft Surface RT comes with Windows RT operating system, while OSCAL Pad 13 comes with Android 12 operating system. Even being the best tablet we compare here, Microsoft Surface RT's construction is older, a lot heavier and somewhat thicker than the OSCAL Pad 13.

The Microsoft Surface RT features a much greater hardware performance than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
