Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a global score of 65, which is better than OSCAL Pad 13's global score of 57.3. Despite being the best portable tablet in this comparison review, Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a older, a bit thicker and much heavier portable tablet than the OSCAL Pad 13. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 comes with Windows 8 OS, while OSCAL Pad 13 works with Android 12 OS.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a much better performing processing unit than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has lesser RAM and less cores. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a more vivid display than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a much lower 768 x 1366 resolution, a bit smaller display and much less pixels per inch of display.
OSCAL Pad 13 has a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. The OSCAL Pad 13 features a very superior camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a way better 13 MP resolution back facing camera.
The OSCAL Pad 13 has a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
