Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has an overall score of 65, which is better than OSCAL Pad 13's 57.3 overall score. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has the previous 4.1 version and OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) body is noticeably older, notably heavier and a lot thicker than the OSCAL Pad 13.
