Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is better than OSCAL Pad 13, having a score of 65.6 against 57.3. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a incredibly older and somewhat thicker tablet than OSCAL Pad 13, but Samsung managed to make it lighter anyway. Both tablets in this review come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version and OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a lot better screen than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has a way lower 1280 x 800 resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better screen pixel density. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a much powerful CPU than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has less CPU cores and a lower amount of RAM.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a much lower resolution camera in the back. The OSCAL Pad 13 features a lot bigger storage for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB and more internal memory.
The OSCAL Pad 13 has a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has 7680mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 costs more than OSCAL Pad 13, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
