Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is better than the OSCAL Pad 13, getting a 66.2 score against 57.3. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12, so it gives you some additional features and some performance improvements. Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is an extremely older and a bit thicker tablet device than OSCAL Pad 13, but Samsung was able to make it way lighter anyway.

The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a much better hardware performance than OSCAL Pad 13, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 counts with a much better looking screen than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a way lower 1280 x 800 resolution, a lot smaller display and a quite worse display density.

The OSCAL Pad 13 counts with a much greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has 256 GB internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1 TB. The OSCAL Pad 13 takes a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a back camera with way more megapixels.

The OSCAL Pad 13 has a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a 73% greater battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 costs a bit more than the OSCAL Pad 13, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
