Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab A 9.7 is just a bit better than OSCAL Pad 13, getting a 60.5 score against 57.3. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has the newer 7.1 Nougat version and OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version. The Galaxy Tab A 9.7 is a notably older and just a little heavier tablet than the OSCAL Pad 13, but Samsung was able to build it just a bit thinner anyway.

Galaxy Tab A 9.7 counts with a way better performance than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has less cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory. The OSCAL Pad 13 counts with a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has way more pixels per inch in the display, a much better 1080 x 1920px resolution and a quite larger display.

The OSCAL Pad 13 has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1 TB. The OSCAL Pad 13 has longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a 7680mAh battery size instead of 6000mAh.

The OSCAL Pad 13 shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a way higher 13 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.

The Galaxy Tab A 9.7 is a little more expensive than the OSCAL Pad 13, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
