Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is way better than the OSCAL Pad 13, with a overall score of 74.5 against 57.3. These tablets work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has newer 4.4.2 version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version, providing the user a couple additional features and optimized performance.
