Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is way better than the OSCAL Pad 13, with a overall score of 74.5 against 57.3. These tablets work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has newer 4.4.2 version while OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version, providing the user a couple additional features and optimized performance. Galaxy Tab S 8.4's construction is way lighter and thinner than OSCAL Pad 13, even though it was released 9 years before.
The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a lot better hardware performance than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 takes slightly better videos and photos than OSCAL Pad 13, although it has a much less MP back facing camera.
