The Xperia Tablet Z is better than OSCAL Pad 13, with a 68.5 score against 57.3. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia Tablet Z has 4.4.4 version and OSCAL Pad 13 has Android 12 version, providing a lot of extra features and optimized performance. OSCAL Pad 13 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has a back camera with lot more megapixels. OSCAL Pad 13 features a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has 224 GB more internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1 TB.
OSCAL Pad 13 has improved battery performance than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has 7680mAh of battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia Tablet Z is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than OSCAL Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the OSCAL Pad 13. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Sony Xperia Tablet Z, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the OSCAL Pad 13, letting go a couple features and specifications.
