Comparison review
OSCAL Pad 15 is slightly better than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), getting a overall score of 64.4 against 59.5. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but OSCAL Pad 15 has a newer 13 version while Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has Android 4.4. OSCAL Pad 15's construction is just a bit thinner but extremely heavier than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C).
