OSCAL Pad 15 is a bit better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15, getting a global score of 64.4 against 63.8. The OSCAL Pad 15 design has the same weight and thickness than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15. Both tablets in this comparison review use the same Android 13 OS (operating system), so both of them should give the same OS features.
