Comparison review
The OSCAL Pad 15 is a bit better than the Blackview Tab 12, having a 64.4 score against 59.4. Both tablets in this review include Android OS (operating system), but OSCAL Pad 15 has a more recent 13 version and Blackview Tab 12 has Android 11 version. The OSCAL Pad 15 is a just a little bit thicker and a little heavier tablet than the Blackview Tab 12.
The OSCAL Pad 15 features just a little better performance than Blackview Tab 12, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the OSCAL Pad 15 also has a greater amount of RAM. The Blackview Tab 12 counts with a bit sharper screen than OSCAL Pad 15, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1200 x 1920px resolution and a better pixel density.
The OSCAL Pad 15 has just a bit better camera than Blackview Tab 12. Both have a back-facing camera with a 13 megapixels resolution.
