Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a bit better than the OSCAL Pad 15, having a overall score of 65.1 against 64.4. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while OSCAL Pad 15 comes with Android 13 operating system. Although it's the best portable tablet in this comparison, the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 construction is much thicker and much heavier than the OSCAL Pad 15.
OSCAL Pad 15 counts with a bit better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the OSCAL Pad 15 also has a greater number of cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a bit sharper screen than OSCAL Pad 15, because it has a higher 1080 x 1920 resolution, a quite bigger display and a better screen pixel density.
OSCAL Pad 15 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 2.
