Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a score of 68.7, which is just a bit better than the OSCAL Pad 15's overall score of 64.4. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a more recent 4.2.2 version while OSCAL Pad 15 has Android 13, so it gives you lots of additional features. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's construction is a little bit thinner and a lot lighter than OSCAL Pad 15.
