Comparison review
The OSCAL Pad 15 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, getting a 64.4 score against 58.5. OSCAL Pad 15's design is noticeably thinner but incredibly heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V. These devices come with Android OS, but OSCAL Pad 15 has a more recent 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4 version, giving you lots of additional features.
OSCAL Pad 15 counts with a greater hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has 7 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores (and they are faster). The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V counts with a little more vivid screen than OSCAL Pad 15, because although it has a way smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1024 x 600, it also counts with a bit more pixels per screen inch.
