The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a global score of 65.6, which is a little bit better than OSCAL Pad 15's 64.4 general score. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a a lot lighter but thicker tablet than OSCAL Pad 15.
