The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is just a bit better than the OSCAL Pad 15, having a general score of 65.7 against 64.4. Both tablets in this comparison use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a newer 9.0 Pie version and OSCAL Pad 15 has Android 13.
