The Galaxy Tab S3 is much better than OSCAL Pad 70 Wi-Fi, with a 75.2 score against 56.5. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab S3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and OSCAL Pad 70 Wi-Fi has Android 14, so it offers some additional features.
