Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a global score of 65.2, which is better than OSCAL Pad 90's 57.9 general score. These tablets have Android OS, but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has the older 13 version while OSCAL Pad 90 has Android 14 version. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 counts with a much more vibrant screen than OSCAL Pad 90, although it has a little smaller screen.
