Comparison review

The Blackview Tab 13 is better than the OSCAL Pad 90, with a 63.8 score against 57.9. Both devices in this review have Android operating system, but Blackview Tab 13 has older 12 version and OSCAL Pad 90 has Android 14 version. Blackview Tab 13 features a bit better processing power than OSCAL Pad 90, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.

The Blackview Tab 13 counts with a sharper screen than OSCAL Pad 90, although it has a quite smaller screen. Blackview Tab 13's storage for apps and games is very similar to the OSCAL Pad 90 one, they have exactly the same internal storage capacity. Blackview Tab 13's camera is just as good as the camera in OSCAL Pad 90, both have a 13 MP back-facing camera.

The OSCAL Pad 90 counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Blackview Tab 13, because it has a 7700mAh battery capacity.
