The Microsoft Surface 2 is a little bit better than the OSCAL Pad 90, getting a overall score of 63.4 against 57.9. Microsoft Surface 2 comes with Windows RT 8.1 OS, while OSCAL Pad 90 works with Android 14 OS. OSCAL Pad 90 has a little faster processor than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has more cores and 6 GB more RAM memory.
