The Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is much better than OSCAL Pad 90's 57.9 score. The OSCAL Pad 90 counts with just a little better performance than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a greater number of 1600 megahertz cores. Microsoft Surface 3 has a better looking display than OSCAL Pad 90, although it has a quite smaller display.
The OSCAL Pad 90 has a way better camera than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a lot more megapixels back-facing camera.
