The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a global score of 68.7, which is much better than OSCAL Pad 90's 57.9 general score. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a more recent 4.2.2 version and OSCAL Pad 90 has Android 14 version, counting with some extra features and better performance.
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a brighter display than OSCAL Pad 90, although it has a much smaller screen.
