The OSCAL Pad 90 is just a bit better than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, having a global score of 57.9 against 57.5. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but OSCAL Pad 90 has 14 version while Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 version, so it provides you some additional features.
