The Galaxy Tab S3 is much better than OSCAL Pad 90, getting a global score of 75.2 against 57.9. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab S3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and OSCAL Pad 90 has Android 14, so it provides you a lot of extra features. Galaxy Tab S3's CPU is just as good as the CPU in OSCAL Pad 90, although the Galaxy Tab S3 has 4 GB lesser RAM and 4 less CPU cores.
The Galaxy Tab S3 has a much more vibrant screen than OSCAL Pad 90, although it has a little smaller display.
