OSCAL Spider 8 is a little bit better than Google Pixel C, having a 64.4 score against 59.4. The OSCAL Spider 8 construction is a lot newer than the Google Pixel C's, although it's much heavier and thicker. These tablets use Android operating system, but OSCAL Spider 8 has a more recent 13 version and Google Pixel C has Android 6.0 version, so it gives you a couple additional features.
