The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a global score of 65, which is just a bit better than OSCAL Spider 8's global score of 64.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is an much older tablet than the OSCAL Spider 8, but Samsung managed to build it a lot thinner and lighter. These tablets use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has the previous 4.1 version while OSCAL Spider 8 has Android 13 version.
