The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is much better than OSCAL Spider 8, with a 74.3 score against 64.4. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 construction is extremely thinner and much lighter than OSCAL Spider 8, even though it was released many years before. Both of these tablets work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while OSCAL Spider 8 has Android 13 version, so it provides some extra features and performance optimizations.

The OSCAL Spider 8 counts with a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OSCAL Spider 8 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a better display than OSCAL Spider 8, because it has a bit bigger display, a greater amount of pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560.

The OSCAL Spider 8 features a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a bit better camera than OSCAL Spider 8, although it has a way less MP back camera.

The OSCAL Spider 8 features a much better battery life than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a 65 percent bigger battery capacity.
