Blackview Tab 13 is slightly better than the OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi, with a 63.8 score against 59.3. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview Tab 13 has 12 version and OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi has Android 14 version. The Blackview Tab 13 has a better looking display than OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi, although it has a little bit smaller screen.
