The Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 is slightly better than the Panasonic Toughpad A1, having a global score of 56.3 against 51.9. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has a more recent 4.3 version and Panasonic Toughpad A1 has Android 3.2, so it provides lots of additional features.
