Blackview Tab 16 has a global score of 65.4, which is a lot better than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's score of 54.4. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but Blackview Tab 16 has a more recent 12 version while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 version, so it offers some additional features and better performance.
Blackview Tab 16 has a greater hardware performance than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM and a higher number of cores (and faster). Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has a little bit better display than Blackview Tab 16, although it has a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution, a really smaller display and a little bit less pixels per inch of screen.
The Blackview Tab 16 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1. Both have a same resolution camera in the back. Blackview Tab 16 counts with a superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
Blackview Tab 16 has a much better battery lifetime than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1.
