Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 has an overall score of 61.1, which is much better than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's 54.4 score. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 has a more recent 14 version and Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0. Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 features a more vivid screen than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a lot higher 1920 x 3000 resolution, a way bigger display and much more pixels per inch in the screen.

The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 features a way better hardware performance than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, because although it has 11 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a graphics processor. The Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 counts with a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.

So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, giving up some features and specifications.
