HP ProPad 600 works with Windows 8.1 operating system, while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 counts with Android 4.0 operating system. HP ProPad 600 counts with a slightly better screen than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a much larger screen, a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a higher pixels quantity per inch of screen.
