Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro is better than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, getting a 63.2 score against 54.4. The Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro operating system, while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 operating system. Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 and Microsoft Surface Pro both count with very similar displays, although the Microsoft Surface Pro also has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px, a just a little more pixels per inch of screen and a way bigger display.
Microsoft Surface Pro features a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Microsoft Surface Pro has a bit better processing power than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and although they both have 2 cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro also has a greater amount of RAM and a better graphics co-processor running at 650 MHz.
The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 captures way better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a back camera with a much better 13 mega-pixels resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a battery performance that's just as good as Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's battery duration.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, giving up a couple features and specifications.
