Microsoft Surface RT has a score of 58.4, which is slightly better than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's 54.4 general score. Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT OS, and Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 comes with Android 4.0 OS. The Microsoft Surface RT has a little better processing power than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a larger number of cores , a better 520 megahertz graphics processor and a greater amount of RAM.
The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has just a bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a lot lower resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen. The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has a greater camera than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a much better 13 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
Microsoft Surface RT counts with a much bigger memory to install games and applications than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. Microsoft Surface RT's battery duration is very similar to Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's battery life.
