The OSCAL Pad 15 is better than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, with a overall score of 64.4 against 54.4. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the OSCAL Pad 15 has 13 version while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0.
