Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is much better than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, with a 63 score against 54.4. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has newer 4.4.2 version while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 version, providing a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations.
The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has a little sharper screen than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a way smaller display and a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a slightly bigger storage to store more apps and games than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 64 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a bit faster processor than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores (but slower) and more RAM. Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has a much better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because it has a camera in the back with a way higher 13 MP resolution.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a battery duration that's just as good as the battery lifetime in Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1.
Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
