Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has a lot smaller display and a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) feature very similar memory to store more games and applications, both of them have a SD memory slot that allows up to 32 GB and exactly the same 16 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a superior battery lifetime than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1.
The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels.
Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1. If you want to save some money, you can get Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
