Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a general score of 68.7, which is a lot better than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's general score of 54.4. Both devices we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has newer 4.2.2 version while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features and some performance improvements.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a bit better processing power than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also has 512 MB more RAM and a better 1064 megahertz graphics processing unit. Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 counts with a bit better display than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, although it has a quite smaller display, a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution and a just a bit less pixels per inch of screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a very superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB and 16 GB more internal storage. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a much longer battery performance than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's camera is just as good as the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 one, although the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a camera with a much lower resolution.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch costs a lot more money than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
