The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has a general score of 70.2, which is much better than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's 54.4 score. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has newer 8.1 Oreo version while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 version, so it provides some extra features.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has just a bit better performance than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster) and more RAM. Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), although it has a much smaller screen, a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels and a just a bit lower pixel density.
The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) counts with a superior memory for applications and games than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) also has a SD card slot that admits up to 200 GB.
