Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a general score of 62.8, which is much better than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's 54.4 global score. These tablets include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a newer 7.1 Nougat version and Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 version. Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 600 x 1024, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a greater memory to store more games and applications than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
