Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a score of 70, which is a lot better than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's general score of 54.4. These tablets come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a bit better processing unit than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and 2 GB more RAM. The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 features just a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, although it has a little bit smaller display, a lot lower resolution of 600 x 1024 and a just a bit worse pixel density.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a little bit better camera than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, although it has a way less mega-pixels back camera. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a lot bigger memory for apps and games than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 256 GB.
Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a superior battery lifetime than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1.
Although Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab Active 2, else you can save some dollars and get the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, letting go a couple features and specs.
