Galaxy Tab S4 is much better than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, having a general score of 78.8 against 54.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 features just a bit better looking screen than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a way higher 1600 x 2560 resolution, a really larger screen and a lot better pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a superior memory to install games and applications than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 400 GB and 64 GB internal memory.
