Sony Xperia Tablet Z is a lot better than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, with a 68.5 score against 54.4. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a newer 4.4.4 version while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 version, so it provides a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.
Xperia Tablet Z counts with a bit sharper screen than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, a greater quantity of pixels per inch of display and a way bigger display. The Sony Xperia Tablet Z features a bit better processing power than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has more RAM, more processing cores and a much better 400 megahertz graphics processing unit.
The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 captures slightly better photos and videos than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has a much more megapixels back camera.
