Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface RT is much better than the Samsung ATIV Q, getting a overall score of 58.4 against 52.6. Microsoft Surface RT's body is a lot thinner and notably lighter than the Samsung ATIV Q. Both tablets we are comparing here work with Windows OS, but Microsoft Surface RT has RT version while Samsung ATIV Q has Windows 8 version, so it provides you a couple nice extra features.
The Samsung ATIV Q has a sharper display than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has much more pixels per inch in the screen, a much better resolution of 1800 x 3200 and a bigger display. Samsung ATIV Q has a much greater memory to install applications and games than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Microsoft Surface RT counts with a very superior processing power than Samsung ATIV Q, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and also faster) and an additional GPU. The Microsoft Surface RT's battery life is just as good as the battery lifetime in Samsung ATIV Q.

The Microsoft Surface RT costs a bit more money than the Samsung ATIV Q, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
