The Apple iPad Pro 11-inch has a score of 80.4, which is way better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3's score of 65. The Apple iPad Pro 11-inch construction is a lot newer, a lot thinner and somewhat lighter than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Apple iPad Pro 11-inch has a sharper display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a quite larger display, more screen brightness, a much better screen pixels density and a way better 1668 x 2388 pixels resolution.
Apple iPad Pro 11-inch's storage capacity to install games and applications is just as good as the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 one, and although the Apple iPad Pro 11-inch has no SD memory slot, they both have equal internal memory capacity. Apple iPad Pro 11-inch has a better processing unit than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and they are faster).
IPad Pro 11-inch has a way better camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a back facing camera with lot more megapixels and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution. The Apple iPad Pro 11-inch features a superior battery life than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Although Apple iPad Pro 11-inch is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung ATIV Tab 3. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Apple iPad Pro 11-inch, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, resigning some specs and features.
