IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has a global score of 74.8, which is much better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3's 65 global score. The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) construction is noticeably lighter and incredibly thinner than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has iPadOS 16.x OS, and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with Windows 8 OS.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a bit more vivid screen than iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has a lot lesser pixels per inch of screen, a way smaller screen and a much lower 768 x 1366 resolution. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features an extremely better processor than iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has less RAM memory and a lower number of cores.
IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) shoots a lot better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a way higher (4K) video quality and a much more MP camera in the back. The Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) counts with a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory.
Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen)'s battery duration is just as good as Samsung ATIV Tab 3's battery performance.
Although iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung ATIV Tab 3. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Samsung ATIV Tab 3, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
