Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a score of 65, which is a little bit better than Asus ZenPad S 8.0's 62.2 overall score. Despite being the best portable tablet in this comparison, Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a noticeably older, thicker and noticeably heavier portable tablet than the Asus ZenPad S 8.0. Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has a little sharper display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a much higher display pixels density.
Asus ZenPad S 8.0 counts with a bit faster processor than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a larger amount of RAM and 2 more cpu cores. Asus ZenPad S 8.0 features a lot bigger storage to install applications and games than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Both of them have equal 64 GB internal storage. The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 also has a back-facing camera with a lot better 8 MP resolution.
Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has a battery performance that's just as good as Samsung ATIV Tab 3's battery lifetime.
