Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a score of 65, which is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface 2's general score of 63.4. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a a little thinner and somewhat lighter tablet than Microsoft Surface 2, although they were released with only 3 months difference. Both of these tablets work with Windows operating system, but Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has 8 version and Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1.
Microsoft Surface 2 has a bit better processing power than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Microsoft Surface 2 also has more CPU cores (although slower). The Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a bit larger screen, a greater amount of pixels per inch of display and a better 1080 x 1920 resolution.
Microsoft Surface 2 and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 count with very similar storage for games and applications, and although the Microsoft Surface 2 has no SD card slot, they both have the same internal memory. Microsoft Surface 2's battery duration is just as good as the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 one. Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a much better camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. They have a same resolution back camera, the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video resolution.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 not only is the best devices between the ones we are comparing, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones.
